Release, Repair & Revive:

a workshop to cleanse and restore for all levels

 

The importance of cleansing at the right time of year is all about ease.   If you're feeling a need for a reset it's because the autumn equinox is the time for it.  Listening to what the body is calling for is vital so we’re not taking imbalances from summer into the fall.

By taking advantage of the bodies natural detoxing mechanisms we get out of our own way and support our natural immune function.  Cleansing Ayurvedically is not a stressful disciple of adopting a bunch of new practices.  Rather it is about slowing down, simplifying and supporting the clearing process that nature built into our bodies. 

 

In this workshop, I will outline food and lifestyle measures that will give you grounding and boost your immunity in simple ways that you can begin right away. 

Spice blend and food recipes will be provided

Last 30 minutes will be left open for questions

    $20-40 sliding scale donation 

Recording will be available for those who cannot attend in person

  In this class I’ll discuss how to navigate the summer season for exercise & and in times when the body gets over-heated and inflamed. 

We’ll learn a cooling breath practice and discuss how gratitude and devotion plays a big role in taming anger, aggression and things beyond our control.  

          SUNDAY AUGUST 2nd, 11am-12:30pm EST

No experience necessary. 

We will end the class with some gentle movement appropriate for all levels. 

This is a free class but donations (sugg'd $15-25) are appreciated.
