Philippa Anderson is a Doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine and a certified fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience in health and wellness. She founded Tala Ayurveda to make the healing benefits Ayurveda simple and accessible. Philippa empowers her clients to take charge of their health by embracing daily practices that enhance longevity. With her extensive movement background, she guides clients through intentional breathwork and self-care through movement. Philippa gained her clinical experience at the Institute for Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine in Bangalore, India, and holds a BA in Dance from the University of Oregon.
