Philippa Anderson is a Doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine and a certified fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience in health and wellness. It was through adopting Ayurvedic principles that Philippa was able to heal her own chronic digestive & circulatory problems.
Wanting to share the knowledge of her own health transformation, she founded Tala Ayurveda to make the healing benefits of Ayurveda simple and accessible. Philippa empowers her clients to take charge of their health by embracing daily practices that enhance longevity. With her extensive movement background, she guides clients through intentional breathwork and self-care through movement. Philippa gained her clinical experience at the Institute for Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine in Bangalore, India, and holds a BA in Dance from the University of Oregon.
